Visiting Wat Anupaskisadaram we saw a nice scenery: A monk dressed in his orange robe was doing some work on the terrace of his kuti (abode). He was surrounded by flowers and accompanied by a cat. A peaceful scenery. We asked for the allowance to take a picture and got it with a smile. Afterwards he asked for the picture to be watched at the display. |

So we entered his house. I was seated opposite of him on a second sofa, Mrs Srisanga sat down on the floor with the feet backwards. Our chat in English concerned his home country, Nepal, and my home country, Germany. He had a lot of time for his guests. Thanks, Phra Nepali, for this introduction in a monk's housing and his life. We promised to come back one day. |
